Last week, the Snowsports Academy in Bruck an der Glocknerstraße held its annual instructors' coordination, as is customary. This yearly gathering primarily focused on aligning training content, collectively preparing for the upcoming winter season, and importantly, strengthening team cohesion. Undoubtedly, the highlights of this event were the exciting workshops and the thrilling excursion to the Salt Mines in Hallein.
A total of 50 dedicated instructors participated in this coordination. Due to the current snow conditions, skiing or snowboarding was not possible. Instead, this time was used to delve deeply into topics related to teaching and pedagogical methods. This proved to be extremely valuable in preparing for the upcoming season.
One absolute highlight of the team days was, without a doubt, the excursion to the Salt Mines in Hallein. On this occasion, we had the opportunity to explore the fascinating world underground. Following this, the evening was enjoyed with a cozy pizza dinner.
Overall, the team days marked a fantastic start to the winter season. The team is now well-prepared for the upcoming training sessions and eagerly anticipates a hopefully snow-filled and successful winter season.
