The Snowsports Academy has been a regular visitor to the winter sports resort of Ischgl for many years. Long-standing experience has shown that April often offers excellent training conditions. Consequently, Martin Dolezal and Johann Reisenberger decided to bring the instructor team to Ischgl at the end of the season to align for the upcoming season. Stefan Wallner led the snowboarding sessions, while Andreas Spettel challenged the ski instructors with an exciting and thorough personal skills program.

Focus and Goals

The main focus was on improving the instructors' individual skills. Various practical sessions allowed all of them to refine their abilities and exchange information about their experiences and teaching methods. The late winter conditions provided a perfect and challenging backdrop that tested the abilities of all participants.

Community and Outlook

Along with professional exchanges, there was also plenty of fun. Evenings were spent in a relaxed atmosphere, reviewing the season and planning for the upcoming winter season. All participants gained new experiences and concluded the season with a strengthened sense of community.

We look forward with great anticipation to the concluding courses of winter 2023/24 and are already excited about the next season. The successful coordination in Ischgl has once again shown that continuous education and exchange are essential pillars for the success of educational programs.
